We have some work to do on our current breakfast situation. Normally Chippy starts out with cereal - 3 ways, and if mummy has time some hot cereal as well. This then leads into fruit, waffles, yogourt, toast, bread, etc. However, if he doesn't get his choice of breakfast item when he wants it and how he wants it (i.e. don't even THINK about cutting his bread/toast!) ... (and remember to offer him the option of pressing down the toast button) ... (and he gets what he wants regardless of whether he's finished the first item) ... then be ready for a meltdown of epic proportions! However, I must admit, he does eat a lot for his breakfast! This morning he had 3 waffles, yogourt, apple sauce and raspberries.
The kid is like a camel...... eat enough at the beginning of the day, so that you don't have to worry if there is not anything that you like for the rest of the day!!! You've already consumed enough calories to get you by!!!
